When you first look at a web site you need to check who it has been written and designed by.
Anyone can make a web site and say that they are an expert on a subject. This does not necessarily mean that it is true.Start by looking for the name of the author of the web site. This may be in the title or it may be at the bottom of the page. Quite often, you will only find the name of the company or organization that made the pages and not a single person.

RULES FOR INTERNET SEARCHER

1.Use Quotation marks(" ") group word together
2.Plus symbol(+) adding a word to a search
3.Minus symbol(-) takes away unwanted word
4.Don't write out a question
5.No common words
6. Best internet searcher: Google, Bing and Yahoo
